One of the worst exerience since I came in UK. They ruined my move in day, they didn't help me at all with the issues that I had and they never admited their faults. I had to wait a whole month to review my case and their final answer was that they had nothing to do with my issues. This company is a total fraud. They never sent me the form to submit my review. I had to contact with the "indipendant" company that is responsible for their reviews and they said to me that the company is no longer accepting reviews for their services. If that's not a complete fraud then what is it. I wish I had a way to confront them so that nobody else would go through the same things that I had to go through. I feel completely discused.
Bullies! I'm a first time buyer and ended up having to block their number as constantly being pestered by calls and told them to direct everything via solicitors as I'd juat had enough of them! Would never recommend them and when we go on to sell the house, they're a company I wouldn't even look at using! - Quedgeley Branch!
