I initially approached Michael Tuck to buy in the area; being unfamiliar with the area I found the team extremely helpful and honest about the different districts and locales. With the slow market due to the time of year and likely uncertainty due to Brexit I decided to jump into a rental locally for 6 months whilst I continue my search for a home to buy and can not speak more highly of the overall process. The fees charged are very reasonable, the inventory highly professional and fair (with 360 photos to avoid any potential disputes) and the actual human element being exceptional. Quedgeley office is excellent. Very friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to have dealings with. Rob from lettings is a great guy and I'd highly recommend. It's a shame I've ended up having to use a different agent now I've moved.
