Absolutely shocking customer service. If in the highly likely case your delivery is incorrect (3 times so far in my case), or your purchase is damaged or items missing, you are up the proverbial creek without a paddle because customer service is non existent.Do yourself a massive favour and avoid Worktop Express (a 'brand' of DOS Ltd) at all costs. Ignore this message at your peril.
Appalling customer service when trying to resolve an issue with a WEX Trade Wooden Worktop and upstands.Arrived damaged, warped, full of holes (some they had attempted to fill with wood filler) and not oiled as per order. 10 days, 10 phone calls, 6 emails and 5 messages. Management never take calls. The one manager who we did reach once, has failed to call back, or send any information he promised. We have so far had to leave our client without a worktop for 10 days in spite of the fact their kitchen is finished.Would recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Seemingly once they have your money- they have no interest in resolving any issues.Frustratingly, we do not know where to go from here to resolve this issue for our customer- as WEX simply will not give us any information.
