Over stretched staff leads to abruptness and poor service . Telephone service appalling . Doctors are excellent once you get to see them but let down by poor admin .
Receptionist are rude think they are doctors and we have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see a doctor
I'm giving my 5-stars for the Receptionist and Doctor at the clinic - The Receptionist was lovely, saying hello upon me entering the building in a very welcoming voice. My doctor was Dr Kimberley Eaton-Charnock, she took the time to listen to my condition from start to finish and acknowledged my concerns regarding my problem. She proceeded to assess me and then re-assure me that she will do everything possible to get a solution to my problem, providing me with a step by step as to what I need to do next. A very thoughtful, forward thinking and professional doctor.
Only gave one star, as there is no option for no stars. 30 day wait for a routine appointment with a Dr, far too many patients on the books, not enough Drs. never enough surgery staff on duty so everyone is overworked. Pretty shoddy alround
The disabled car parking facilities need improving as i often come with my mother who is registered disabled but i always have to move the car as the spaces aren't wide enough.
