Absolutely shocking! Over the past 2 years between me and my girlfriend we have only had to visit a handful of times. Every experience has left us in utter disgust at the service provided by reception staff, nurses and the GP's. This place is full of uneducated, unhelpful and utterly inconsiderate staff. I do not recommend anyone sign up to this surgery unless you want ill health, misdiagnosis and incorrect prescriptions...
Really poor service from the practice reception staff unprofessional service unable sort even simple referrals however the nursing staff are very good kind and friendly doctors practice able to get an appointment within a day or two which is good. Compared to other local surgery's. would give it more stars but for reception staff let a good practice down
