We used their storage units to store garage/workshop items. 3 months later we arranged for our items to be delivered. During the unpacking process realised that several boxes/big items were missing. Contacted them and after chasing them 5 times over last 2 months have been told they don't have them, it's our word against theirs and they are not interested. Thought they were reputable, but sadly not. Would not recommend.
Not happy with them as a box have gone missing and you have 7 days to phone them up
