A lovely dental practice with professional staff, a welcoming reception and dentists that provide excellent care with a high level of treatments available to patients. All hygienists within the practice are also very thorough and offer useful advice on dental health. Would recommend this dental practice to anyone. Hats off to both Laura and her assistant who make going to the dentist bearable.
I had my first appointment on Thursday - great communication, was seen quickly and wonderful dentist & care (I'm usually terrified at the dentist's but Georgia was friendly and made me feel well looked after).
I've been there 3 times now: 1) initial assessment (Sep 2017) (after 20+ years the filling of a molar fell off with the inner tooth wall). Although my mind was set on an extraction (and implant later) I've been explained all the options.2) extraction - a few days later, don't know why people talk about months. Nothing to complain about although it was a difficult job as the tooth was already shattered so every root had to be pulled individually.3) a general cleaning / scaling (indeed for this it was I had to wait a month, Oct 2017)Every time the staff was polite and helpful, no delays with the appointment (although my extraction might have caused one for the next person, sorry!) and no issues with the payments.
Very clean and tidy place. Friendly staff throughout. I like the personal touch of the dentist coming to collect you from the waiting room rather than a speaker calling you. Blake Sanders is a fantastic dentist who naturally makes you feel at ease . No one is judgemental about why you haven't been to a dentist for a long time, it's all about being there now. The charges are very reasonable compared to the private sector. This is an NHS dentist, they are very busy, so always book your appointment well in advance. Excellent service throughout. Well done everyone and thank you.
